Creating moments that matter

For children navigating serious health challenges, moments of joy, hope and encouragement can have a profound impact. Working alongside Make-A-Wish India, ÐÔÊӽ紫ý helped bring several wishes to life, providing children with gifts that reflected their individual interests and aspirations.

The partnership also provided an opportunity for ÐÔÊӽ紫ý colleagues to engage directly with the children and their families, celebrating their resilience and helping create lasting memories during difficult circumstances.

Make-A-Wish India has granted more than 99,000 wishes since 1995, working through eight regional chapters and over 120 hospital partners to support children living with critical illnesses. The organisation’s work is founded on the belief that a fulfilled wish can help strengthen emotional wellbeing, resilience and optimism throughout a child’s treatment journey.

Extending wellbeing beyond the workplace

As part of the event, the children were also invited to participate in ÐÔÊӽ紫ý’s monthly Rhythm and Pulse programme. Designed as a wellbeing-focused initiative, Rhythm and Pulse uses music, movement and mindfulness to create opportunities for connection, creativity and emotional expression.

Delivered in collaboration with , the programme features accessible musical activities and interactive experiences that encourage participation regardless of age or ability. By including the children in the programme, ÐÔÊӽ紫ý extended its commitment to wellbeing beyond the workplace and into the wider community.

The sessions highlighted the role that creativity and shared experiences can play in promoting positivity, confidence and connection.

A shared commitment to hope and compassion

Commenting on the initiative, Pooja Vaswaney, Employee Experience Partner, ÐÔÊӽ紫ý India, said:

“Being part of this initiative was deeply moving for all of us at ÐÔÊӽ紫ý. Every detail of today was guided by one purpose – to make the children and their families feel supported, celebrated, and hopeful. We are grateful to Make-A-Wish for trusting us with this meaningful partnership and for allowing us to play a small role in creating memories that will stay with these children for a lifetime.”
